Rental Assistance Service (Part of Property Management Service) provided by Agile Property Management assists the owners to find tenants for their property. We will act as your representative and provide information of your property to the prospective tenant and arranging for inspection of the property. We will update you with information on the people visiting and their feedback on the property. What we do to find a tenant for your property: • Discuss on the details of property rentals (expected and receiving) & Types of Tenants required. • Inspect the Property • Prepare Property for Rent • Market the Property through online ads, TOLET boards and other associated agents. • Represent the owner • Visits to show the property to potential tenants. • Negotiate with the Tenant to get the best deal for the property. • Verification of ID proofs of Tenant • Drafting and Finalizing the Agreement • Transfer of Security Deposit & Keys Handover Client Representation Fees We charge a fee of 1 month rent towards brokerage for coordinating the services mentioned above. Property Owners can forward the enquiries received to them for us to coordinate the Tenant Finding process. We will attend to the enquiries with complete enthusiasm and dedication.
