Rental Assistance Services

Rental Assistance Service - To find a good and reliable tenant is the objective of this service.

We start off with getting the property ready for renting it out - Do the basic stuffs like

(i) cleaning

(ii) plumbing & electrical issues ensure that all the points and taps are in good working condition

(iii) Painting and Final Deep Cleaning.

We post the property in the market, put banners (if required), coordinate with the local representatives / agents and start to look for good tenants who will pay rent on time and at the same time - maintain the property in good condition. We give regular updates on the types of tenants visiting the property. We are also open to the House Owner sending us his contacts or leads for the same. We will follow the same process of showing the property to the end ensuring a happy handshake.

Of course before the Tenant visits the property, we evaluate the Tenant and get his basic details like his budget, work details and basic family details. We also have a conversation with the Tenant on the expectations of the LandLord. That is we try to ensure that we are showing the property to the right person.

When the Prospective Tenant is happy and ready to take the property for rent, we discuss the financial terms and other terms of conditions of the Rental Agreement / Lease Agreement.

Details of the Tenant is collected and forwarded to the House Owner for his feedback. We collect the Tenant Profile, id proofs and some financial details. When the owner is satisfied and happy to accept the Tenant, we go ahead with the Rental Agreement and handover the keys to the Tenant.

We are happy when the Tenant & the Landlord both shake hands and get into a new and good relationship in the future.

We charge a Rental Assistance Fees of 1 month rent.

For Landlords who avail the Property Management Services from us, we give 55 months guarantee - meaning if the Tenant vacates before 55 months, we will find another tenant and not charge the Rental Assistance Fees of 1 month rent provided the Property Management Service is in force.
