Property Sales

We do sales of properties - mostly of our Property Management Clients & Referral clients.

The sale process starts with Evaluating the Property Price and matching it with the Property Owner's expectations and ends with the Registration Process and Handover of the keys to the Buyer

After evaluation and fixing of the price, we get the property ready (presentable) for putting it up in the market. The marketing sources are - Online Advertisements, Banners, Known Associates & Agents and other sources of marketing like newspaper ads, groups etc.

​On behalf of the Owner, we show the property to prospective buyers and negotiate for the best price for the owner and also mutually in agreement with the buyer. We coordinate with the buyer for the legal verification and provide all documents required for the process of verification.

We provide the Sale Agreement Draft to the Buyer & Seller and include the terms as mutually agreed by them.

And then comes the date of Registration where the buyer is Happy to buy the property and the Seller is Happy to receive the money. We coordinate all the activities and ensure a smooth transaction and a happy handover of property.
